Located in Yuhuan, the valve capital of China, Zhejiang Jiafu HVAC Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in brass valves for heating and plumbing systems with 20 years of production history. Since our establishment in 2004, we have received a good reputation for our commitment to R&D, production, service, and OEM solutions with 20 years of experience in this field.
Our factory covers an area of 17,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million sets of products, 26 hot heading machines with production load tonnages ranging from 40 tons to 630 tons, 10 converters, 120 high-precision and high-performance CNC and multi-axis machining machines, 10 assembly lines, and 150 skilled workers, including 25 QC personnel. In the production process, we strictly follow the standard to strengthen the inspection of each process, and realize the production capacity of 10 million valves per year, with timely delivery and reliable quality assurance.
Our management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2015, with full control of incoming material inspection, forging and machining, assembly and shipment processes, and international certifications such as CE, WRAS and ACS. In addition, we have nearly 20 R&D patents and have been awarded the title of “High and New Technology Enterprise”. In our in-house testing laboratory, valves are subjected to rigorous leakage tests to satisfy our customers.
