To troubleshoot the Dell printer offline issue, go to the 'Device Manager' settings. Tap the plus sign in the USB controller’s area. Right-tap and select ‘Properties’. Next, choose the ‘Power Management’ tab. Uncheck the option ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’.
