Go to the Delta website and log in to your account.

Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select "My Certificates & ECredits" from the drop-down menu.

Enter the credit voucher number and click on the "Redeem" button.

By phone:

Call Delta customer service at 1-800-221-1212.

Tell the customer service representative that you want to redeem a credit voucher. Tell them how can i use Delta Ecredit so that you may provide the customer service representative with the credit voucher number.

Once you have redeemed your credit voucher, it will be applied to your next Delta flight purchase. You can see your available credit vouchers by logging in to your Delta account and clicking the "My Certificates & ECredits" tab.
