The axles of ITS boast a simple, integrated design featuring a torsion suspension system. Within the axle housing, there are four rubberized cords responsible for managing both suspension travel and shock absorption. Furthermore, this setup enhances trailer stability, as the axle is securely bolted to the trailer frame.

Except for periodic inspection of the fasteners used to attach the ITS axle to the Trailer frame, no other suspension maintenance is required on ITS axles. They are, of course, subject to normal maintenance and inspection procedures regarding brakes, hubs, bearings, seals, wheels and tyres.
